TERMS OF SERVICE
The client agrees that they have read the Terms of Service and agree to abide by its terms. Violations of these terms in any way, shape, or form, are grounds for immediate cancellation of a client's commission.By commissioning LittleRavine, you waive the right to request dramatic alterations to the constraints of my artistic interpretation of your character(s).* Substantial changes to my art style are NOT possible. If you are seeking a specific level of artistic detail that I do not think I can fulfill, I will not take you on as a client.*Note: For example, it would be inappropriate to request that I draw you a realism piece as a cartoon-style artist. I will never draw your characters as anything other than Safe For Work (SFW) unless otherwise specified by the client.
Ordering & Turnaround
I do NOT accept characters or logos that are legally bound by copyright law. Please do not submit characters that you do not own, or cannot rightfully ask me to make art for. Submitted References MUST be Safe For Work (SFW) with any and all adult sections appropriately censored. If you are discovered to be using a stolen character, you immediately forfeit the right to your slot and any future business ventures with LittleRavine.Reference sheets are heavily recommended for ANY and ALL commissioners. If the artist does not have a clear reference of what is being drawn in any way, shape, or form, your commission will be further considered as a custom character piece. In this case, a custom fee will apply to compensate for the time spent coloring, tweaking, altering, or otherwise fixing the character to fit the client's needs. Custom fees will significantly raise the base price of a client's commission, however, quotes will be made available prior to a client's payment of the desired commission type. Complexity fees may vary. Clients who provide a clear reference sheet of what will be drawn (i.e. a head reference for a headshot) will NOT be charged any additional complexity fees for this reason.I strive for a six month MAXIMUM turnaround on commissions. I do NOT work on any deadlines from any and all clients.
Payment & Cancellation
Invoices are sent to respective clients within 24 hours of booking their slot. Payment MUST be made through Paypal in USD within 48 hours of receipt of this invoice. If payment is not received at that time, the slot is forfeit and another commissioner will be booked in place of the original client. Payments made with cryptocurrency will NOT be accepted in any way, shape, or form.Prices are subject to increase with commission complexity and detail.
I will NOT accept refunds if the art has been started in any way, shape, or form. In the case a refund occurs, it will NOT include any and all tips provided by the client. Refunds ONLY encompass the total cost of the client's commission, independent of any and all tips paid on top of it.If six months have passed since a client’s slot was paid for, and they have NOT received any updates on the artwork, they may request a full refund for their commission. If I determine that I am unable to fulfill a client’s commission through completion at any point in time, I will provide them with a full refund for their project. I do NOT accept cancellations in any additional circumstances than those listed.
Art & Copyright
Throughout the entire commission process, clients are allotted three minor changes + one major change to the original sketch at no extra cost. Changes made beyond the initial sketch phase will result in an additional charge to be determined between the client and the artist. I will not move forward with a commission until the additional payment(s) (per change) have been received in full.I retain the copyright to the artwork that I produce. You may only use commissioned work for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may NOT produce additional products made available for sale, including, but not limited to:- Physical goods or merchandise
- Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
- Any form of cryptocurrency that can repurpose or resell LittleRavine's copyrightwithout my explicit written permission.I do NOT allow commercial licensing contracts with my art in any way, shape, or form. Clients are NOT permitted to get products mass produced in any way, shape, or form.I will in no way, shape, or form repurpose or resell commissioned artwork through the means of Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any other form of cryptocurrency.If you are unsure whether your desired use of commissioned artwork is considered personal or commercial, please contact [email protected] for more information.
Customer Conduct
Harassment will result in an automatic blacklisting and forfeiture of any and all future business with LittleRavine.It is not the responsibility of LittleRavine, the artist, to locate any and all clients that may change their username without prior notice during the commission window. Should a username change occur, please notify me as soon as possible to ensure that my records stay up to date.I have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any form of undesirable behavior, including, but not limited to: aggression, belittling, unsolicited sexual advances, flirting, and any additional behavior patterns that would be deemed inappropriate in a business setting. I retain the right to cancel a commission at any point in time as a result of poor customer conduct. In this instance, your refund status will be decided at my discretion.
